British Science Week - March 10th to 19th

British Science Week (BSW) is a ten-day programme of science, technology, engineering and maths events and activities across the UK for people of all ages.

Anyone can organise an event or activity, and the British Science Association helps organisers plan by providing free activity and support resources.

With this special week in mind, the Library would like to remind you of the many excellent resources we provide, including Web of Science : All DatabasesScitation and of course, from Elsevier, the ever popular Science Direct.

This is in addition to the many marvellous e-journals we provide, such as, from EBSCO, Science News and Current Science.

And, of course, it wouldn't be a Library without an impressive selection of books.  Along with a wealth of invaluable science textbooks, the Library have also invested in an array of popular science books which we purchased as part of our involvement with the Manchester Science Festival - Library of Ideas.  Look out for these colourful and informative items in the coming months.

Don't forget to check Library Search for all your Library needs.
